Joe serves on the Board of Directors at Second Chance, advising on strategy and sustainability. He founded Concourse (now part of EAB), an edtech company focused on making higher education more accessible by reinventing university admissions. A technology entrepreneur, Joe’s career began in computer music software before founding e-smith and later transitioning to financial technology and education consulting at Grok Global. Joe holds Computer Science degrees from the University of Waterloo and MIT and is a published author on AI and student recruitment. He also serves on the Board of Grok Global and is a Senior Advisor at EAB.
