Azamat Tulepbergenov has a wealth of experience spanning 17 years in the education industry, Azamat has dedicated the last six years to leading the College and Career Counseling Department at Bilim-Innovation International Community Fund, an educational organization boasting a rich 30-year history in Kazakhstan. As the leader of this department, Azamat oversees 48 high schools across the nation, taking charge of counselor training, fostering university partnerships, and coordinating comprehensive college and career guidance services.

Azamat, recognized as an International ACAC Scholar in 2020, contributes to the field by serving as a mentor in the International ACAC Mentor Year Program. Outside of his counseling duties, Azamat participates in youth programs as a volunteer, dedicating himself to identifying and nurturing talents across the country. His involvement expands to serving as the country coordinator for both the International Brain Bee World Championship and the Research Science Institute (RSI). Additionally, Azamat holds a crucial position as a Rise Partner and Selector for the Rise Challenge (RISE), underscoring his commitment to recognizing the next generation of global talent.
