You’re a top student. You applied to the US for university. But one thing stood in your way – money. You landed on a few waitlists, and maybe you even won a few scholarships - but none of these offers were financially within your reach.

If this sounds like you, Second Chance might be able to help. Every year, we help 40-50 students get full scholarships at top universities around the world - after April 1.

That’s right. We help students like you find, apply, and receive full tuition, room and board scholarships, at top universities in the US, Canada, Hong Kong, South Korea, and other countries where you can find strong employment opportunities after you finish university.

To qualify, are you:

  • From a low-income or under-resourced background?

  • Unable to afford a local university in your home country?

  • Academically outstanding? Top of your class? Or even, best in your nation?

  • Did you apply to universities in the US but didn’t get a financially viable offer by April 1?

If you can answer yes to the questions above, then you can apply to the Second Chance program, which runs between April to June.

Second Chance can be your lifeline to a university education.

How much does this program cost? It’s free.

Why? Because we want to remove financial barriers for you as you try to access higher education. The world will be a better place if you can get an education, so that you can contribute your talents, leadership, and impact to your family, community, and the world.

Here are some of the stories of other students who have participated in Second Chance.
