For over five years, Second Chance has been working with High Achieving Low Income (HALI) students around the world, to help them access higher education in the US, Canada, and other countries via full scholarships. 

 

We seek to honor the potential of amazing, deserving students around the world who face the barrier of not being able to go to college, because of money. 

 

Our students are often first. They are the first in their families to go to board a plane, the first in their communities to go to college, and they have gone from extreme poverty to graduating from universities with honors, awards, and accolades.  

 

We are creating powerful and moving stories of equity, opportunity, and student success.  

 

Our students are change makers, who are leading lives of impact.
